Please Read the following important information before applying for a property:

Your application will be pre-screened before being submitted for processing. You must meet the following requirement(s). If you do not meet the requirements, your application will be denied:

6+ Months at Current Employer
600 Minimum Credit Score
3X Rental Payment Income
NO Evictions - Last 6 years
Satisfactory Rental History (no delinquent accounts)

When your application is submitted for screening, you will receive an email from TransUnion. You must accept the background/credit screen step and agree to their terms. You have 24 Hours upon the email being sent to you to complete this step. If this step is not completed, your application will be denied. You will not receive a refund on your application fee. 
Upon being accepted for tenancy, you have 24HRS from the notice of acceptance to accept the unit. You must pay your deposit and sign your electronic lease within that timeframe to secure your unit. 

Your $30 application fee is only processed when your application is being actively considered for tenancy. We process applications in a first-come-first-serve basis. If you do not reach the front of the que for your desired unit, you are NOT charged for your application fee. When your application is being actively reviewed, you are charged the application fee which is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not respond to requests via email, your application may be denied.
